How are the 3D printed miniatures made?

You order, and we get right to printing using our precision 3D resin printers and high quality UV-cured gray resin.

Next we clean, trim, sand, and repeat until your print is ready for the battlefield. 

Finally, we ship your miniatures with extra cushion to ensure they arrive safely at your door!

What is the significance of the scale options for each miniature product?

Miniatures can be scaled to 28mm or 32mm. These scaling standards define what the height should be for a typical six-foot humanoid miniature. Simply put, the 32mm size is slightly bigger than the 28mm size.

We recommend the 32mm size, because detail like poles, spikes, and tendrils will be sturdier for long term use. Some will prefer the 28mm size to match other model sets.

Both scaling options are usually the same price.

Why do some of the product photos look different?

We are partnered with multiple vendors. Our vendors provide us with a rendered image of each 3D printable design. To keep our product catalog consistent, we create our own rendered image of each design and include all of the images on our website. We believe this helps you browse our catalog and compare designs without the distraction of additional branding. We will always include our vendors' original images, because they are high quality and show additional angles of the design.

How fast do you ship 3D printed miniatures?

Shipping times vary based on your order size. Most orders are shipped 5-7 days after placing the order. Large orders will ship within 3 weeks of placing the order.

If we are experiencing longer processing times, we will update our website accordingly.

Who designs the 3D miniature models?

We are licensed with multiple independent designers to bring you a full catalog of models that are compatible with role playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Warhammer, and more.

What color will my 3D printed miniatures be?

All 3D printed miniatures come with a base, and are printed with high-quality gray resin.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are made-to-order and custom made. This makes returns tricky.

If you have received any incorrect, incomplete, or broken product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your order.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to ensure a full refund.
